Biography

He has a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Master’s Degree in Swine Health and Production. After a brief period in a dairy cattle farm, he started his career in swine 9 years ago as a veterinary technician in Cincaporc. Passionate about management, his approach is eminently practical, initially as head of finisher units and then of breeding, rearing and isowean farms. He currently coordinates the breeder area, managing around 60,000 sows.

Biografía

Licenciado en Veterinaria por la Univ. Autònoma de Barcelona y Máster en Sanidad y Producción Porcina. Tras un breve paso por una granja de vacuno lechero, comenzó su andadura en el porcino hace 9 años como técnico veterinario en Cincaporc. Apasionado del manejo, su enfoque es eminentemente práctico, inicialmente como responsable de cebaderos y después de granjas de reproductoras, recrías y transiciones. Actualmente coordina el área de reproductoras, gestionando en torno a 60.000 cerdas.
